Caritas is the Catholic Chur's aid organization. We consists of 165 member organizations worldwide, and operate in more than 200 countries and territories. You can find Caritas in most major cities in Norway, including Tromsø!

In Norway, we work to be a door opener for immigrants and contribute to good integration through a number of activities and courses. Caritas Tromsø and Svalbard offers Norwegian courses, language cafés and drop-in guidance. This applies, for example, to individual guidance for job seekers, questions regarding NAV, the Norwegian health system or contact with public authorities.

Our office (information center) at Storgata 94, 9008 Tromsø is opened from Monday to Thursday.
